Steiner AG has received the building permit for the first construction phase of the Widacher residential quarter in Fischbach-Göslikon AG. The project developer, total and general contractor will start construction of 16 terraced family houses and 42 apartments in the summer of 2022.
With the legal validity of the building permit, construction work on the Widacher project in a-Göslikon can begin in the summer. This has now been announced by the project developer Steiner AG.
Within the framework of this construction project, a derelict industrial site will be transformed into “a new residential location in the countryside”. Listed buildings such as the barn and the Old Post Office would be carefully integrated and revitalized for residential and community spaces.
Construction of the first of three stages is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2022. Initially, 16 terraced single-family houses and 42 apartments will be built to the Minergie standard. A total of 165 residential units are to be built there in ten apartment buildings and 46 terraced single-family houses.
